There’s a little bit of everything for everyone to love, and you can customize each recipe to make it your own!
The wide variety of options here covers all of my all-time favorites, with just 4 to 7 ingredients each, and I’m sure you’re going to find your favorites in no time, too.

Triple Berry Smoothie
The perfect smoothie.

INGREDIENTS
Yields: 2 Servings
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen blackberries, plus more for garnish (optional)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 1/4 cup almond milk
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Divide between 2 cups and top with blackberries, if desired.
Piña Colada Protein Smoothie
Just like your favorite beach cocktail, minus the booze.

INGREDIENTS
Yields: 2 Servings
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 banana
- 2/3 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/3 cup Frozen Mango
- 1 scoop Protein powder
- Pineapple wedge, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Combine coconut milk, banana, pineapple, mango and protein powder in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and serve.
Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie
With protein powder, bananas, ground flax seed, and almond milk—this smoothie will keep you full until lunch.

INGREDIENTS
Yields: 1 Serving
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup almond milk
DIRECTIONS
- To a blender all the ingredients.
- Blend until combined then add ice if desired and blend until smooth.
Chocolate Lovers Protein Smoothie
A best way to satisfy those cravings after a good workout.

INGREDIENTS
Yields: 1 Serving
- ½ banana
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Dash of sea salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
DIRECTIONS
- Add ingredients to blender in the order listed above then blend until very smooth.
Goin' Green Smoothie
Kermit might change his tune after trying this delicious smoothie.

INGREDIENTS
Yields: 2 Servings
- 1 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup frozen mango, plus more for garnish (thawed)
- 1 banana
- Juice of 1 lemon
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with mango.
